Abstract

The purpose of this study is to 1) Analyze the Influence of Teacher Leadership on Mathematics Learning Outcomes, 2) Analyze the Influence of School Infrastructure on Mathematics Learning Outcomes, 3) Analyze the Influence of Teacher Leadership and School Infrastructure on Mathematics Learning Outcomes. The population and The sample of this study was 156 grade 5 students of SD Gugus Dahlia West Jakarta.  The sampling technique is the proportion random sampling technique. Data analysis techniques using product moment correlation. The results of this study are that there is a significant influence of Teacher Leadership and on mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students of SD Dahlia cluster, West Jakarta, counting 3.843 while table 3.3548 (df = 156-3) and the level of significance is smaller than 0.05 and the coefficient of determination value is 61%. There is a significant influence of School Infrastructure on the mathematics learning outcomes of grade V students of the West Jakarta Dahlia cluster, counting 4,468 and ttabel 3.3548 and in the analysis of the coefficient of determination, it is known that R2 is 0.029, which is 29%. There is a significant influence of Teacher Leadership and School Infrastructure on the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students of the West Jakarta Dahlia cluster with the regression equation, namely Y = 49,257 + 0.400X1 + 0.326X2, the T test is known to have a calculated value of 6.139 and a ttabel of 3.3548 and the coefficient of determination is 0.062 or 62%.
