PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA BIG BOOK BERMUATAN AUGEMENTED REALITY DAN ARTIFICIAL INTTELIGENCE PADA MATERI PERTUMBUHAN, PERKEMBANGAN DAN PERKEMBANGBIAKAN MAKHLUK HIDUP KELAS III SEKOLAH DASAR

Abstract

Learning media is very minimally used to support innovative and interesting learning activities. At the elementary school level, especially students in the lower classes really need learning media as a tool to help understand learning material. In the material on growth, development and reproduction of living things, students need interactive media to help understand the material. Low grade students' limitations in understanding the material through the lecture method given by the teacher can have an impact on unsatisfactory learning outcomes. This development uses the Borg and Gall model. There were 4 subjects in this research, 1 material expert, 1 media expert, 1 teacher practitioner, and 29 students as test subjects. This research uses data collection methods in the form of observation, interviews. Questionnaires and tests. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis, qualitative, quantitative and inferential statistics. The validity results of the Media Big Book containing AR and AI based on assessments given by media experts, material experts and supported by the assessments of teachers and students show that the media validity value is very high and feasible with a percentage of 96%. The results of the effectiveness of the media are shown by the percentage of completeness of student learning outcomes after using the media with a percentage value of 100%. The results of the T-test show that there is a significant difference before and after using the media. It can be concluded that the Big Book media containing AR and AI on the growth, development and reproduction of living things is suitable for use and effective in improving student learning outcomes.
