META ANALISIS EFEKTIVITAS PENERAPAN MODEL PEMBELAJARAN DISCOVERY LEARNING PADA PEMBELAJARAN MATEMATIKA UNTUK MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model in the context of mathematics learning with the aim of improving student learning outcomes. The research method used is meta-analysis which involves analysis of a number of empirical studies that have been carried out previously regarding the application of the Discovery Learning Learning Model in mathematics learning. The research results show that consistently implementing the Discovery Learning Learning Model contributes significantly to improving mathematics learning outcomes at various levels of education, from elementary to advanced levels. The meta-analysis findings also highlight that learning that adopts the Discovery Learning approach encourages students' active involvement in the learning process, increases understanding of concepts in mathematical calculations, and facilitates the development of critical thinking and problem solving skills. In conclusion, the application of the Discovery Learning Learning Model is very effective in improving mathematics learning outcomes. Therefore, this research recommends that this approach be given more attention and be widely integrated into mathematics learning practices in various educational institutions. In addition, further research can be focused on more detailed implementation and ongoing evaluation of the effectiveness of the Discovery Learning Learning Model in various mathematics learning contexts.
