Abstract

GagasCeria School was conducting Lesson study as one of the efforts to make school reforms. We faced many challenges in doing so. We hoped that the efforts that we made as an annual routine activity would develop our competences as teachers. This chapter explores the experience as a practitioner in realizing  Lesson Study for learning community. In particular I wanted to share the experience when Tokkatsu and Lesson Study came together.
