Abstract

Artworks whose artistic impression is preferred, determined by length or width, and can only be seen from one direction are called two-dimensional fine art. Therefore, this research is based on the learning outcomes of grade IV students of SD Negeri 35 Banyuasin III in making two-dimensional works of art are still relatively low. Based on this, the problem in this study is to determine the influence of differentiated learning on the learning outcomes of fine arts in the independent curriculum. The research method used in this study is an experimental method. The population in this study is 31 students in grades IVA and IVB of SD Negeri 35 Banyuasin III for the 2023/2024 school year. The data collection techniques in this tests. The test result data was analyzed by normality test, homogeneity test and hypothesis test using the t-test (independent sample T-test). The results and discussion showed that there was an influence of differentiated learning on the learning outcomes of the art of drawing Banyuasin batik motifs. This can be seen from the results of the posttest scores of students in the experimental class who were treated using differentiated learning, which was 75.6 greater than that of the control class that was treated using the conventional method, which was 60.31. And the results of hypothesis testing where the calculation is 3,441 and the ttable is 1,699 which means the calculation > ttable or 3,441 > 1,699 with a significant level of 0.05, then the HO is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus, in the hypothesis of this study, there is an influence of differentiated learning on the learning outcomes of fine arts in the independent curriculum at SD Negeri 35 Banyuasin III.
