PENERAPAN METODE INDEX CARD MATCH DALAM MENINGKATKAN HASIL BELAJAR SISWA PADA MATA PELAJARAN PENDIDIKAN AGAMA ISLAM DAN BUDI PEKERTI KELAS VII DI SMPN 1 KECAMATAN OMBEN KABUPATEN SAMPANG

This research is motivated by the low learning outcomes of some students at SMPN 1 Omben District, Sampang Regency in PAIBP subjects. For this reason, researchers apply the index card match method to provide increased learning outcomes to students so that by using this method students are very active and enthusiastic in participating in the learning process, especially in Islamic religious education and ethics subjects. In this study, the research focus is only on how “The Application of the Index Card Match Method in Islamic Religious Education and Ethics Subjects to Improve Learning Outcomes of Grade VII Students at SMPN 1 Omben District, Sampang Regency”. This research is a type of PTK class action research which is carried out in two cycles, each cycle includes 4 stages, namely planning, implementing observation and reflection. The population in this study were seventh grade SMPN students with a sample of 22 students and data collection was carried out by observing documentation tests to improve student learning outcomes. The result of this study is the application of the index card match method can significantly improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education and Cultivation subjects at SMP Negeri 1 Omben, Sampang Regency. This is evidenced in the first cycle, the increase in student learning outcomes on average is 71.55% by using the index card match method on the material of recognizing god through several memorized asmaul al-husna, there were 6 students who were declared complete and 16 students who were not complete. Then in cycle II there was an increase, namely with an average of 81.54% by using the index card match method on the material of realizing goodness, there were 21 students who were declared complete and 1 student who was not complete.Downloads
