PENGARUH KOMPETENSI DAN MOTIVASI GURU PENGGERAK TERHADAP KINERJA GURU DI SD NEGERI SEKECAMATAN GANDUS PALEMBANG

This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of competence and motivation of the driving teacher on teacher performance at SD Negeri Sekecamatan Gandus Palembang. This study is a quantitative study with a partial correlation method. This study was conducted at SD Negeri Sekecamatan Gandus Palembang with 30 driving teachers as respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. The results of this study indicate that: (1) there is a significant influence between the competence of the driving teacher on teacher performance with a correlation value of 0.283 with a relationship presentation of 8%, (2) there is a significant influence between the motivation of the driving teacher on teacher performance with a correlation value of 0.446 with a relationship presentation of 19.9%, while (3) there is a significant influence of the competence and motivation of the driving teacher together on teacher performance of 0.522 with a presentation of 27.3% while the remaining 72.7% is influenced by other factors not examined in this study.Downloads
