Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dampak Self-Efficacy, Kreativitas, dan Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro pada mahasiswa di Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Universitas Teknologi Sumbawa. Latar belakang penelitian ini didasarkan pada meningkatnya fenomena kewirausahaan mahasiswa (studentpreneurship) yang dihadapkan pada tantangan kinerja dan keberlanjutan usaha. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain asosiatif kausal dan melibatkan 100 responden mahasiswa pelaku usaha mikro yang dipilih melalui teknik proportional random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner dan dianalisis menggunakan regresi linier berganda dengan perangkat lunak SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Self-Efficacy, Kreativitas, dan Dukungan Sosial masing-masing memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Usaha Mikro. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel independen ini juga terbukti berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja usaha. Nilai Adjusted R Square sebesar 0,654 menunjukkan bahwa 65,4% variasi dalam Kinerja Usaha Mikro dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Implikasi dari temuan ini menegaskan pentingnya pengembangan ekosistem kewirausahaan yang holistik di lingkungan perguruan tinggi, yang tidak hanya fokus pada aspek teknis bisnis tetapi juga pada penguatan keyakinan diri, stimulasi kreativitas, dan pembangunan jaringan dukungan sosial yang solid untuk meningkatkan kinerja dan keberhasilan wirausaha mahasiswa.
