Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas Program Buku Penghubung PJOK dalam meningkatkan keterlibatan orang tua dan aktivitas fisik siswa sekolah dasar. Latar belakang penelitian ini adalah rendahnya kolaborasi orang tua–guru dalam memantau aktivitas fisik anak dan terbatasnya media komunikasi dalam pembelajaran PJOK. Penelitian menggunakan desain quasi-eksperimental dengan model one-group pretest–posttest, melibatkan 30 siswa kelas I beserta orang tua mereka di SDN 237 Gresik. Instrumen mencakup angket keterlibatan orang tua, lembar observasi aktivitas fisik, dan jurnal buku penghubung harian. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji t berpasangan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan signifikan keterlibatan orang tua (p < 0.05) serta peningkatan durasi aktivitas fisik mingguan siswa (p < 0.05). Temuan menunjukkan bahwa Buku Penghubung PJOK efektif dalam memperkuat kolaborasi sekolah–rumah dan mendukung gaya hidup aktif siswa
