ANALISIS KETERAMPILAN KOLABORASI YANG DIMILIKI SISWA MTsS PGAI PADANG

Abstract

This study was motivated by the low level of students’ collaboration skills in 21st-century learning at MTsS PGAI Padang, particularly after the implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum. Collaboration skills, as part of the 4C competencies (Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking, and Creativity), have not been optimally developed, as indicated by students’ limited ability to work effectively in teams, low participation in discussions, and dependence on certain group members. This study aimed to analyze the level of collaboration skills of seventh-grade students at MTsS PGAI Padang. This research employed a descriptive method with a population as well as a sample consisting of 11 students. The research instrument used was a questionnaire based on a Likert scale, and the data were analyzed using percentage techniques. The results showed that the average score of students’ collaboration skills was 73%, which falls into the “fairly good” category. These findings indicate that students’ collaboration skills have begun to develop, but still need improvement through more interactive and collaborative learning strategies.
