HUBUNGAN DISIPLIN KERJA GURU DENGAN EFEKTIVITAS PROSES PEMBELAJARAN

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the integration of psychological well-being as a strategy to improve student academic performance amidst the challenges of the digital era. The research method used a descriptive quantitative approach, involving 150 students as respondents selected through a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a psychological well-being scale and documented academic achievement index, which was then analyzed using a simple linear regression test. The results showed a positive and significant relationship between psychological well-being and student academic performance. The integration of mental health support, stress management, and digital literacy has been shown to minimize the negative impacts of digital distractions such as device addiction and academic procrastination. The conclusion of this study is that psychological well-being is a crucial factor supporting successful learning in the digital era. Therefore, higher education institutions are advised to integrate counseling and mental health strengthening programs into their curriculum and student activities to optimize students' academic potential sustainably.
