IMPLEMENTASI MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN BERBASIS FLASHCARD INTERAKTIF TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEMAHAMAN SISWA MADRASAH

This study aims to examine and analyze in depth the implementation of interactive flashcard-based learning media in improving students' understanding of Islamic Religious Education (IRE) at MI Ihyaul Islam. This research employed a qualitative approach using a case study design. The study was conducted at MI Ihyaul Islam, Pajarakan, Probolinggo, from April 10 to June 10, 2026. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participant observation, and document analysis. The data were analyzed using the Miles and Huberman interactive model, consisting of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the implementation of interactive flashcard-based learning media in Islamic Religious Education significantly transformed the learning process from a teacher-centered learning paradigm to a student-centered learning approach. The effectiveness of the implementation was influenced by teachers' pedagogical competence in designing and integrating the media into classroom instruction. Furthermore, interactive flashcards proved effective in enhancing students' conceptual understanding of abstract Islamic Religious Education materials through visual representations, contextual learning activities, and meaningful learning experiences. The use of interactive flashcards also generated multidimensional impacts on students' development by improving cognitive engagement, intrinsic learning motivation, communication skills, collaborative abilities, and social interaction. These findings indicate that interactive flashcards function not merely as instructional media but also as pedagogical tools that promote active, meaningful, and collaborative learning in Islamic Religious Education.
