PENGEMBANGAN MULTIMEDIA PEMBELAJARAN DIGITAL BERBASIS ANDROID DENGAN MODEL SAVI UNTUK STIMULASI MOTORIK HALUS ANAK TK DHARMA WANITA 1 TUNJUNGHARJO

This study aimed to develop Android-based digital learning multimedia integrating the SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) model as a means of stimulating fine motor skills in children aged 5–6 years at TK Dharma Wanita 1 Tunjungharjo, while simultaneously evaluating the feasibility of the resulting product. Fine motor skills hold a crucial role in early childhood development, as they are closely associated with hand movement coordination and school readiness for subsequent educational stages. Needs analysis identified that fine motor learning activities at the school continued to rely on conventional media that lacked interactivity, underscoring the necessity of developing more innovative instructional media responsive to children's developmental characteristics. This study employed a Research and Development (R&D) approach utilizing the Four-D (4D) model, encompassing four systematic stages: define, design, develop, and disseminate. Data collection was conducted through multiple instruments, encompassing structured observations, in-depth interviews, media expert validation questionnaires, material expert validation questionnaires, and student response questionnaires. The validation outcomes demonstrated that the developed multimedia achieved a mean score of 3.6 as assessed by media experts and an equivalent mean score of 3.6 as evaluated by material experts, with both assessments consistently categorized within the highly feasible classification. Meanwhile, student responses yielded an average percentage of 72.5%, falling within the good category. These findings suggest that the Android-based digital learning multimedia integrated with the SAVI model is suitable for implementation as an instructional medium to support fine motor skill stimulation in early childhood. Subsequent research is recommended to examine the product's effectiveness in improving fine motor skills through experimental research designs with a more representative subject scope.
ABSTRAK
Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan multimedia pembelajaran digital berbasis Android yang mengintegrasikan model SAVI (Somatic, Auditory, Visual, Intellectual) sebagai upaya stimulasi keterampilan motorik halus anak usia 5–6 tahun di TK Dharma Wanita 1 Tunjungharjo sekaligus mengevaluasi kelayakan produk yang dihasilkan. Keterampilan motorik halus memegang peranan krusial dalam perkembangan anak usia dini karena berkaitan erat dengan koordinasi gerak tangan serta kesiapan belajar pada jenjang pendidikan selanjutnya. Hasil analisis kebutuhan mengidentifikasi bahwa proses pembelajaran motorik halus di sekolah tersebut masih bertumpu pada media konvensional yang bersifat kurang interaktif, sehingga diperlukan pengembangan media pembelajaran yang lebih inovatif dan responsif terhadap karakteristik perkembangan anak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan Research and Development (R&D) dengan model Four-D (4D) yang mencakup empat tahapan sistematis, yakni define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan melalui berbagai instrumen yang meliputi observasi terstruktur, wawancara mendalam, angket validasi ahli media, angket validasi ahli materi, serta angket respons peserta didik. Hasil validasi memperlihatkan bahwa multimedia yang dikembangkan memperoleh rerata skor sebesar 3,6 berdasarkan penilaian ahli media dan rerata skor yang setara yakni 3,6 berdasarkan penilaian ahli materi, dengan kedua hasil penilaian tersebut secara konsisten masuk dalam klasifikasi kategori sangat layak. Adapun respons peserta didik mencapai persentase rata-rata 72,5% dengan kategori baik. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa multimedia pembelajaran digital berbasis Android yang terintegrasi dengan model SAVI layak diimplementasikan sebagai media pembelajaran untuk menunjang stimulasi keterampilan motorik halus anak usia dini. Penelitian lanjutan direkomendasikan untuk mengkaji efektivitas produk dalam meningkatkan keterampilan motorik halus melalui rancangan penelitian eksperimental dengan cakupan subjek yang lebih representatif.
