PENGARUH EKSTRAKURIKULER ROHIS TERHADAP KECERDASAN SPIRITUAL SISWA DI MAN 2 KOTA PEKANBARU

This research is motivated by a phenomenon that occurred at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. Based on the results of observations, there is a lack of spiritual intelligence among students, which can be seen from the way students speak using dirty words that are inappropriate for being a madrasa student and neglecting to perform prayers. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of Rohis extracurriculars on the spiritual intelligence of students at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. The population in this study were 60 students who took part in the Rohis extracurricular at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. Sample determination was carried out using the total technique. sampling. The data collection methods used are observation, questionnaires and documentation. Data processing uses quantitative descriptive statistical analysis using a simple linear regression formula with the help of the SPSS version 25 application. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that there is an influence of spiritual extracurriculars on students' spiritual intelligence, namely 44%. Thus, the hypothesis in this research is accepted, which indicates that the Rohis extracurricular has a positive effect on the spiritual intelligence of students at MAN 2 Pekanbaru City. This is reinforced by the calculation results of the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.440, which shows that the Rohis extracurricular variable has an influence of 44.0% on students' spiritual intelligence.Downloads
