MEMBANGUN RESILIENSI MELALUI SPIRITUAL: STUDI EKSPERIMENTAL PELATIHAN KOPING RELIGIUS PADA CAREGIVER KELUARGA PENYANDANG STROKE

Penelitian dilakukan untuk melihat pengaruh pelatihan koping religius dalam meningkatkan resiliensi caregiver keluarga penyandang stroke. Sebanyak 14 orang caregiver keluarga penyandang stroke terlibat dalam penelitian dan terbagi menjadi kelompok eksperimen (n=7) dan kelompok kontrol (n=7). Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi-Experimental Designs with pre-test post-test control group design . Alat ukur yang digunakan untuk mengukur resiliensi adalah Connor-Davidson Resilience Scale (CD-RISC) 10 aitem yang dikembangkan oleh Connor dan Davidson (2003). Modul pelatihan disusun berdasarkan tahapan koping religius positif oleh Pargament, Koenig & Perez (2000). Uji hipotesis menggunakan analisis non-parametrik berupa Mann Whitney U Test untuk menguji perbedaan nilai berdasarkan kelompok, yaitu kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol dengan hasil Z=-3,009 dan p = 0,003 dimana p<0,05. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa subjek yang berada pada kelompok eksperimen menunjukkan peningkatan skor resiliensi yang signifikan dibandingkan dengan kelompok kontrol. Dengan demikian, pelatihan koping religius memiliki pengaruh untuk meningkatkan resiliensi caregiver keluarga penyandang stroke.Downloads
