About the Journal
TransBORDERS: International Relations Journal is a peer-reviewed, biannual publication that aims to advance critical scholarship in the field of International Relations. Journal TransBORDERS since 2017 with ISSN-2598-7399 and E-ISSN (Online) The journal is published every June and December by the Laboratory of International Relations, Department of International Relations, Universitas Pasundan, Bandung, Indonesia.
TransBORDERS provides a forum for scholars, researchers, and students to engage with a wide range of topics in International Relations. We welcome contributions that address issues such as security studies, international political economy, diplomacy, international regimes and organizations, global governance, foreign policy analysis, media and international affairs, and gender in international relations. The journal encourages interdisciplinary approaches and original perspectives that contribute to academic debates at both national and global levels.
TransBORDERS focuses on the analysis of both theoretical and empirical aspects of International Relations. We invite articles that critically examine regional and global developments, especially those that have relevance to Southeast Asia and Indonesia’s international engagement. The journal seeks to publish work that reflects methodological rigor, analytical depth, and relevance to current global challenges.
