IMPLEMENTASI KEBIJAKAN PERMISO ESPECIAL DE PERMANENCIA DI KOLOMBIA TERHADAP MIGRASI PENGUNGSI MASA KEPEMIMPINAN IVAN DUQUE (2018-2022)

Mengunakan sekuritisasi theory, tulisan ini menjelaskan mengenai keefektifan implementasi kebijakan Permiso Especial De Permanencia (PEP) yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kolombia untuk menangani aktivitas migrasi pengungsi di masa kepemimpinan Ivan Duque (2018-2022). Keefektifan implementasi kebijakan Permiso Especial De Permanencia (PEP) ini menekan dampak ancaman keamanan nasional Kolombia. Ancaman keamanan nasional berupa overpopulation pengungsi Venezuela dan masalah sosial terhadap pengungsi Venezuela. Hasil dari tulisan ini, Hasil penelitian ini berupa implementasi Kebijakan Permiso Especial De Permanencia (PEP) menjadi strategi pemerintah Kolombia di masa kepemimpinan Ivan Duque (2018-2022) untuk menangani migrasi pengungsi Venezuela dan menekan masalah sosial yang dihadapi pengungsi Venezuela di Negara Kolombia.
